Instructions:
How to put on: Do not put in lotion or creams before applying so it can stick properly. Ad to your breast as desired. Layer piece on one breast then the other so you can ensure you are using the same pattern.
How to take off: NEVER rip off. Use some form of oil or or take off in the shower after applying soap and water to it, then slowly and gently pull off.
